Bench Pressing with Good Form to improve Your Max

It’s an amazing feeling when you implement what you know and experience great results. There are many little intricacies that go into bench pressing properly. When everything comes together it is an amazing feeling and your max lift simply goes up.

It is important to remember that even if you don’t quite understand all aspects of the technique in the beginning if you stick with it you will have that Eureka moment where it will all come together. Sometimes it can seem like a lot to remember; grip, back arch, feet on the floor, breathing synchronicity, etc. but you can simply create the ideal state mentally and use a physical anchor and you can use.
