Shoulder Problem

 

In can be a major issue if you have shoulder problems and you're trying to improve your bench press.  It's hard to train full out when you're in pain and you really shouldn't.  Pain in your shoulder is a signal that you have an injury but also it can indicate that you've been using improper form when you're benching.  

If you have shoulder problems you must go to the doctor and make sure to follow exactly what your doctors says to do.  The advice in this post is not designed to diagnose or treat any shoulder problems or a substitute for what your doctor recommends.  

The information is suggested to complement and work together with your medical diagnosis.

Shoulder Issues…

My shoulder was killing me and I used this program as well as following my doctor's advice.  

Now I focus on making sure my form is good.  In order to get set and do the form correctly I have to get a lift off from a training partner.
